Central Airport motorcycle parking

For those of you who ride motorcycles but have not been to Central Airport Plaza in a while, you are in for a treat. They have completely covered the motorcycle parking area. It made the whole area much more usable.

All in their spaces, some even reversed in!

Amazing what happens when they don't all have to try to huddle together along the covered edges. :)

Great news, indeed - thanks! smile.png

Anyone know if there is an MC parking fee - or is it still free?

Well at Central Festival ,its free for a certain time ,2 or 3 hours ,and then a small charge per hour .

Still free. You just get the card as you go in. Same as usual.

Yikes - card, what card?!! facepalm.gif I parked there last, back in May (not under cover, then). Just wheeled myself in, locked up and walked into the airport, itself. No card, no nuttin'. Where does "the card" come in - and how do I get one (and how do I return it, too)?

Mind you, it could be that there's still an "open" MC parking area, where you don't use a card........

Just the plastic card they pass out as you enter and you hand in as you leave. Totally useless but they want it back as you leave.

Central Festival has an automatic card system now, that does not need people to give you the card.

Instead of that there are 2,3 or 4 people that hand you the automatic given card.

Great system, I will file it under Thainess.

And for some reason, bicycles are not supposed to use this entrance. One time I left (on my bicycle) and a lady directed me to go to the right of the exit. She opened one of the fences so I could go through, but it’s a double fence, so I still had to get off my bike and carry it over the second obstacle.
