Hi Jenigal,

There used to be an area between soi 3 and soi 5 on Sukumvit Rd behind the Grace hotel. There was a small middle-astern market and I did see goats hanging skinned, but this was a while back.

The difference would be if the OP needs them to be Halal. Otherwise yes.

and this with your provinzename in thai and you shout get some goat. And for sure there will know somebody who will butcher for you.
