This is a fallacy. It is a correct observation, but a broken conclusion. Every single muslim I have ever known has been friendly and kind to me, even the ones who picked up arms at night (Baghdad, 2003-5) would have protected me by day. Every country, every home, most all my experiences have personally met with kind and excellent folks. But this does not extrapolate into "Muslims who kill are not considered following islam." It is apparent both things can simultaneously be true. Only a narrow perspective must demand the generalization that "Muslims who kill are not considered following islam."

Without question the reason for the current diabolism in the world, and for the better part of 1,400 years, is that "muslims who kill..." (for the various religious justifications their leaders assert) are "considered following islam." In fact, you cannot offer one single scriptual citation for this position that has not been abrogated later.

Because our interpersonal experiences are wholesome and pleasant it does not follow what you assert.

Addition to a previous post: It is the rejection that islam informs the world's violence that paralyzes self defense in the west. There is simply zero information to support the above post. Islam demands killing in the name of Al Lah, not always, but clearly. In those excerpts from the koran that unambiguously assert non-violence, look more closely:

1. Such passages are either from the first Mecca period, defined by tolerance because the nascent islam was so small. This is, in any event, universally agreed to be abrogated by the Sword Verse later, when islam passed from Defensive Jihad in Medina, to Offensive Jihad in Mecca two.

2. When rules of conduct are proscribed they are proscribed for muslims or for kafirs living under the protection of sharia- slaves, those paying "the tax." There are non killing protections for infidels offered under sharia, but these are otherwise subhuman protections offered to guide slave masters.

The assertion that jihad is akin to christian Ephesians and is a warfare of spirit is not incorrect, but it is not complete. There are a handful of various jihads and they mean nothing unless considered in context. When a muslim takes to a cave for a month he is clearly authorized to exercise his personal jihad and conduct spiritual battle. However, when a caliph orders men into the field this is equally regarded as valid jihad to slay idolators and extend the House of Submission. Indeed, all that has happened for 1,400 years has been to see realized the prophet's admonition to serve the jihad from Korasan. Both shia and sunni exist soley for apocalyptic fruition of their scriptures.

I would not like to be a non-believer in Europe at the moment, dangerous times, and with every new arrival getting more dangerous.

Guaranteed a fast track, whatever that means. Theology claims paths other than jihad guarantee Jannah (Paradise). However, all meaningless to me as I don't believe in any Abrahamic faith

No it wouldn't.

The facts are that Sunni and Shiite hate one another - and fight at every opportunity, much like the Catholic and Protestants once did. But the Moslems will never cease until one or the other is wiped out. They have no tolerance for anything but their own beliefs.

Arab countries, even tribes within country fight and struggle against one another for control and power. Arabs cannot get along with one another and have shown that many times.

If they could unite they would've crushed Israel in the past. But they can't and never will.

Take Israel out and that area would become worse as the Arabs argued and fought over the land - don't think for one minute others would simply present it to Palestinians.

What is scary is IS have united so many young Moslems - a very dangerous thing.

Among the greatest deceits- Israel contributes to the problem. Israel is only a canary in a coal mine, not the poison gas. The world is filled with the endless graves of other peoples where there were no jews. Jews are the canary because they were the first to tell the prophet "NO!" and refused to join his new religion in Medina. It has been nonstop since.
