Do you fish?

I do an 8-day every year and a 15-day once in a while...

Like many things I suspended when I was in Thailand, getting back into fishing. Spent a week at my daughter in San Diego, went out on a boat every day. Loved it.

Also getting back into hunting, season is about about to start, can’t wait

The Carolinas are quite affordable and the weather is decent depending on where you live

With all the negatives, I’d a thought local purchasing power would be lower in NC.

Not really an East Coast kinda guy, the weather, at least for me sucks all up the eastern seaboard. I can deal with crap winters so long as the summer is good.

Both Carolina's are kinda hot in the tech world right now, so not unsurprising the costs are escalating
