PM chairs cabinet meeting before leaving for Philippines

BANGKOK, 17 November 2015 (NNT) -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has chaired a weekly cabinet meeting before leaving for the Philippines to attend the 23rd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting scheduled between November 17 and November 19, 2015.

Putin Reveals ISIS Funded by 40 Countries, Including G20 Members

Antalya, Turkey – Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that he has shared intelligence with the other G20 member states, which reveals the 40 countries from which ISIS finances the majority of their terrorist activities. The list reportedly included a number of G20 countries.

New passport office to be opened at Big C Suwinthawong

BANGKOK: -- The Consular Affairs Department will open a new passport office at the Big C Suwinthawong shopping mall.

The opening ceremony will be held at the new passport office on the second floor of the shopping mall on Friday.

The ceremony will be shared by Chaisiri Anamarn, an advisor to the foreign minister.

The new office will be third passport office in Bangkok after the one at the Government Complex at Chaeng Wattana and the Thanya Plaza shopping mall on Pattanakarn Road.

Phuket police prepare to reveal names of those wanted in connection with Thalang riots

PHUKET: -- Only one suspect involved in the Thalang riots has so far been arrested, and officials are ask asking for locals to speak to known suspects to request they surrender peacefully when their names are are released to public.

Russia Offers $50Mln Reward for Info Leading to Arrest of A321 Terrorists

According to Russian Federal Security Service’s press center, Russian Special Services have offered $50 million for information on those responsible for the terrorist act of the A321 passenger plane that crashed over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula on October 31 killing all 224 on board.

Cabinet approves Bt8 billion to pay compensation over Klong Dan project
