Bangkok Feb6 off the beaten path

Featured Replies

I will be coming to Bangkok on Feb 6-13 and am looking for day trips, markets or places that would be entertaining but are not the usual tourist fare

My long term girlfriend will be coming with me and she is Chinese so perhaps China town is a good place to start but any information or recomendations are appreciated.

China town is sure interesting, but hardly off the tourist trail. It's packed. Have you been to Bangkok before? There are some great things to do that are part of the usual tourist fare. Shouldn't be missed.

Let's move this over to the Bangkok forum for more help.
