Khun Wunchana should receive official recognition for helping the girl and apprehending two of these scum. He should get a bonus for the good kicking the samaritans gave them. Thailand needs more like him.

Not in the UK she couldn't. Ask a certain ex- Sheffield Utd footballer jailed for rape.

If a girl is intoxicated and/or in a drugged sent she is considered not capable of making a rational decision and therefore of giving consent. If she subsequently complains then it's likely that the person or persons would be prosecuted. Then up to the jury.

what can you say about this case these are just animals taking advantage of a young girl I think when they are all rounded up they should be put in a cage and treated as animals.

Great they were caught. Great someone reported it, But Unfortunately it goes on much more often then we realise it seems to be common practice in the Isaan villages, I personally have known 3 girls that had it happen to them when they were 14 and 15. I have also been to several small villages with This partners and have heard of it happening, and n o one reports it. One time 6 blokes got a 18 year old legless drunk and each took there turns, a few months later she was pregnant and the village was placing bets on which of the lads the baby would look like.

things like this happen a lot in the villages...no one reports it...i asked one girl what happens when a thai man who is drunk rapes a thai girl...it was mai pen lai..better to forget than bring shame on the families...it was a case of...let him finish,,he will go away...and the thing is..the girl will see him in the village..and life goes on..

so when they are in pattaya with drink and drugs...to them the sex is just the normal...

most thais will not go to the police..

Also, there is no mention that the 5 guys broke into her apartment. So one can conclude that there was initial consent on a situation that got completely out of hand. Yes, the lady was a victim but ChrisY1 would you risk getting your head beaten in for someone else's poor judgement?
