5 Men Sexually Assault 19 year old woman at South Pattaya Apartment



PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Saturday, Police were called to an apartment complex in South Pattaya after residents had apprehended two men who were thought to be part of a group of five who took their turn to sexually assault a 19 year old woman inside her apartment.

The incident occurred at the Prima Place Apartments in Soi Khopia and the two men who were detained were named as Khun Chanatip aged 26 and Khun Ittipon aged 33. The other 3 men were able to escape and are currently being sought by Police.

Khun Wunchana aged 18 witnessed the incident which began at the front of the apartment complex where he saw the 5 men drinking whiskey and beer with the 19 year old female. It appeared they were trying to get her in a drunken state, according to the witness.

The woman was then seen to go up to her apartment but the men soon followed which raised Khun Wunchana’s suspicions, and he decided to follow. He peeked through a window at the apartment of the female victim and saw each of the men sexually assault the woman.

It looks as though the aprehendees gave the perps a good kicking, either that or he cut himself shaving.

At the very least I'm glad they got a good kicking, hope the Police catch the others and lock them up.

Whatever, 5 men assaulting one young female is hardly consensual. I hope she presses charges.

Doesn't mitigate the fact that 5 guys took advantage of a drunk young girl.

The only thing more horrid than rape are those that make excuses for it.

Give the man credit he could have just walked away and done nothing, at least now the 19 year old will get some justice.

Take on 5 guys significantly older than you who are drinking beer and whiskey - Get Real !! Easy to make these kind of statement in the safety of your home in front of your computer, eh? Also, there is no mention that the 5 guys broke into her apartment. So one can conclude that there was initial consent on a situation that got completely out of hand. Yes, the lady was a victim but ChrisY1 would you risk getting your head beaten in for someone else's poor judgement?

Yeah??? Remember this just a few months back? This guy was accused of "violent rape". This lying girl was someone's daughter too. This needs to be kept in proper perspective, but many times all is not as it may initially appear...and just because a female (someone's daughter) is the plaintiff doesn't automatically exonerate her. Daughters are capable of lies, violence, crimes and bad decisions too.

Khun Wunchana should receive official recognition for helping the girl and apprehending two of these scum. He should get a bonus for the good kicking the samaritans gave them. Thailand needs more like him.

So many members post comments without reading the linked article. Seems they have a short attention span, or become the fountain of all knowledge after just reading the headline.

While false claims about rape does happen, rape does for a fact also happen.

Anyway, a lot of rape victims does actually get paralyzed while the assault happens. Just because there is no kicking and streaming, doesn't mean you can do whatever you wish. If you knew just a slight bit about such matters, you would know how ridiculous and also somewhat insulting to rape victims those questions is.

Sorry, but he makes a valid point... there are A LOT of wrongfully accused people in prison and many are just now getting released because of DNA.

One hopes your daughters would not be sitting around all night drinking whiskey with guys that looked like them.

Anyway, these stories are so loosely reported one has no idea what factually took place.

So well said! So often the headline has been so sensationally written that it has almost nothing to do with the text of the "news" item. Or just as commonly the item as posted in TVF is incomplete at best and frequently not an accurate precis of the original article.

Why? Isnt he in fact admitting he watched ALL 5 of them rape her? One would think that after the first or second one was seen or it was established she was rejecting those men he should have immediately gone to call the police instead of being the voyeur throughout the whole sordid ordeal. He could have gotten her help before she was raped by all of them.
