Initially I had a savings account with over 800,000 baht in it but to get my wife's first visa I had to change the account and open a joint savings account in both names. I did not have to put any more into the account and Immigration were quite happy to give her the visa but I di havre to show our marriage certificate of course. I have renewd both visas since then at Hua Hin and had no problems with the one lot of over 800,000 baht being sufficient for both of us. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
