can i extend my last non-o 90d entry after visa expired?

Featured Replies

I am on a non o visa from savanakhet thanks to this forum, i used one 60d extension on my first entry.

currenty entry is until the 7th of dec, but my visa expired on the 25th november. can i do another extension at immigration for a last 60d? or would i have to go get a new one.

You can have one 60 day extension for each entry. So as long as you haven't already extended the current 90 day stay you can extend the entry by 60 days.

You can get the 60 day extension. The only restriction is that you can only get one per entry.

Your visa being expired means nothing once you enter the country.
