Im moving to Pattaya in December with the wife (Thai) and kids. I have been looking for properties on the web and I have found a very nice looking new build called Siam Royal View. Its based in East Pattaya on a hill overlooking the sea.

The properties are very luxurious within a walled area with 24 hour security. I have contacted an agent who tells me I will have to wait 12 months for the house to be built. If there is anyone who lives on this new housing development and is interseted in selling there house I would be very interested.

Any opinions on this development would be greatly appreciated as the wife and kids love it.

I think the houses are great, look really nice.Maybe a bit over priced and the maintenance , Elec charges are high.Hidden costs on Electric,which they don't like to tell you about.It is though very nice.
