Siam Gypsy Market -what's that all about?

Hi all, I was on the train the other day just leaving Bang Sue station and noticed when we were going along what I assume was Ratchadapisek (stand to be corrected here) some place called siam gypsy market appeared underneath where the new skytrain is going. It looked quite interesting but I couldn't see too much of it.

Where exactly is it and what is going on there? Opening times are in the evening I guess?

That' why I prefer not to google. First article is incorrect and out I date. Second is correct but doesn't give the exact location

As the name implies its here there and everywhere, there a nomadic race as you found in google, they even made it to Sth America, you know them latinos down own a watch and wouldn't know what day it was let alone have much business sense.
