Been looking for the website of the Thai Embassy in Penang but can only find the one that's in Thai. Anyone with a link to the English version, please. Thanks

Thanks I've seen the pdf. I actually need to find out about any public holidays in January when I plan to go for my non-imm B. I also need confirmation that it can be done by submitting the paperwork one day and picking up the passport the following day. Any thoughts?

They don't have a calendar up for next year yet. In fact the one they have on the website is for 2014.

You apply the morning of one day and pick up your passport the next afternoon.

The Thai Embassy has holiday list for 2015 and 2016 on home page so you could use that

You can double check with Malaysia holiday list but believe only Penang only occur in July.

I'm planning to get a new multi-O in January from Penang, I've checked and beyond New Year's day there are neither Thai nor Malaysian public holidays in January.

Hi!! I also have a plan to fly to Penang on Jan 6 to get single entry tourist visa. If anyone will go there at the same time feel free to contact me. I can also write a report after that.
