I cannot make the 90 days on-line: my anti-virus does not allow me to take the risk and prevents the site to open. Never mind.

You need to post it to the immigration office that issued your extension of stay. Not Suanplu and only Chaeng Wattana if you live in Bangkok and they issued the extension.

Which " anti-virus" prevents you accessing the online 90 day reporting facility?

I suspect what you are seeing is the bog standard Browser based warning which can be easily and safely ignored.
