Maximum 90 Days with a Visa Exemption

Thai Immigration will allow a total of 90 days under visa exempt per calendar year. Valid for ASEAN, Westerners, Russian and Japanese. Time spend under Tourist Visa or Non Immigrant Visa or any other extensions like medical are
not counted towards that 90 day allowance.

Has anyone else heard of this recent change?

That only applies to 4 border crossings to Cambodia and one in Kanchantaburi that are under immigration division 3.

You found that on visa run website that does runs to the Cambodia border.
