Take plug from wall and replace rebooting set top box; Use LAN cable and not wifi; Change URL; it is your internet provider. When it is proven that those standard responses are not part of the problem Thai Expat TV do not want to know. Use the Windows software.. No problems! Got the usual message back about my internet but I bounced that back with Ookla speedtest results to Bangkok and the fact that viewing iLike HD and Kodi in 1080p is working as normal. It is now practically useless and I believe it's edited / compiled by someone who had no understanding of UK television. I raised my concern with their support system and they simply said there was nothing they could do. Is it just me?
