Where to purchase helium?

I have purchased an " Air swimmer Remote Control Fish" for a Christmas gift for my daughter. ( see attached photo)

The fish itself needs to be inflated with helium from time to time and I am wondering if small tanks of helium are available in Thailand and if so, where?

In California, they are available in Party Supply Shops and at some Florists.

Does anyone know where I can find some in the Khorat area?

Again, I am looking for small ( one or two gallon tanks ) and not the large commercial size.

Is it helium they use in car tyres for less resistance and better mileage or some other gas like nitrogen - i always forget what they use.Just as a suggestion maybe try car tyre places .

Been there and failed, I had the same toy in Pattaya....

Even the lighter than air baloons they sell for kids don't seem to contain helium... as ingesting it didn't make my voice funny :-)
