Just made some home made baguettes and hard rolls using the same mixture and recipe.

Very easy:

900g of bread flour

100g of special baguette mixture

600g water

10g dry yeast

Very crispy on the outside and soft inside, great taste :o

No salt?

Where do you get the 'special baguette mixture' ?

Interesting that you weigh the water :o

I could almost smell it but I will have to go hungry or 125km to Nakhon Sawan as I don't have an oven. A Thai kitchen, yes, charcoal grills, yes, a toaster, somewhere, an oven, sadly not.

I tried to get the wife to buy one but no was the answer, what was the question again. Yes dear.

I buy it from a company which imports from Germany, 1Kg=250.-Baht.

Make a quick and rough calculation:

7 baguettes are about less than 100.-Baht :o

Gerd

this is about 10 kilo "normaly" wheat

i think it should work without the "spezial", only a breadwheat..

our oven is broken :D

first the rats mean it is a good home ..

then the wife take out all the ISO (wall) she was thinking its from the rats...

and then broken :D a good (old) gas-oven. ######... :D
