I believe these were not their dogs so they were not deserving in any way!

Dogs capable of this type of temperament surely have no place in our societies.

He's obviously trained to bark at anything that moves, even if he can only hear it and not see it. There are children living at the address so I presume he knows who is friend and who is foe.
