Phuket 90 day reporting

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

A search turned up very little.

We are new to Phuket, moved into Kathu and am looking at doing my 90 report in about 3 weeks. Can't do online as I haven't reported at this address before. Can't mail yet because it's our first report here.

Are there multiple immigration locations on Phuket? If so, is one better than the others?

Thank you for the information,

Michael

You will need to formally change your address at the main immigration office in Phuket in order to do 90 day reporting there. You will need to file a TM 28 change of address form.. Phuket also uses there own form for address registration. You will need proof of residence such a rental agreement when you do it.

After the above process you can report at Patong Immi next time (on Beach Road, beachside just before Loma Park) if your online process doesn't work.

Much more user-friendly than Phuket Immi.

Thank you ubonjoe and evilbaz.

Is the TM28 the form the landlord should have filled when we rented the property? If not, I can file it myself bringing only the lease and passport?

The main office is the one listed as the Phuket Port Immigration Office on the East coast?

Thanks again,

Michael

The landlord would do a TM30 form but Phuket has their own form. Download : Phuket Residence Form.pdf

TM28 download: http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm28.pdf

You will need the lease and signed copies of the landlords house book and ID card.

Patong is easy for 90 days ,

note hours

10-12, 1-3 only

get there 15 minutes before

they have separate officials doing the 90 days reports so its quick
