More self-congratulation and both the public and tourists were impressed but how do they know, did they conduct a poll ?

Oh sorry, no poll but the general knows if one had been done the answers would naturally be oh so overwhelmingly positive.

I wonder if the ISOC Deputy Director has been monitoring unusual situations and giving priority to preventive measures after arrest warrants were issued in 2015 against four mid-level officers from ISOC for human trafficking in the South?

Maybe it's best he looks outward and not inward.

What a non-story! How do they know? You can't measure an unknown. Just because there were no incidents does not necessarily mean that members of the public were any more vigilant than normal, or that preventative measures were successful!

Did they get the usual reward?

Thank you all for nothing unusual and the general public for been what they are...

Or did he meant the General public?
