Do you know what the standing water depth is, and the pumping water depth? And does it vary a lot by season, or year by year? The depth of the water table (standing), and the pumping (drawdown) depth is key to sizing the system right. Plus, of course, your desired Liters per Minute. It's not unusual to drill a well to 300 meters, and have water standing at the surface, or even flowing with no pump at all. Which is called an artesian well. -

Keir Starmer’s EU Reset: A Strategy Built on Falsehoods
You're right. The EU is weaker without the UK. As Michel Barnier said, "There are no winners with Brexit". However, what was utter lunacy was the nonsensical notion promulgated by the Flat Earth Brigade (the ERG) that, 'they (the EU) need us more than we need them': The UK has lost more than the EU. There is a wealth of evidence showing the negative economic effect of Brexit on the UK economy. In addition, the UK's standing on the world stage is diminished as a result of Brexit: Washington and Beijing bypass London nowadays and go straight to Berlin, Brussels and Paris. Let's not forgot that the UK left the EU, not vica versa, so it is natural to expect the UK to make the first move in any resetting of the relationship. In that regard, Starmer and, indeed, Sunak deserve credit for trying to repair the damage done by Johnson's foolhardy confrontational attitude to the EU. -

Is Thailand Value for money
Every country has additives added to food. Exports and imports go everywhere. I was asked if I knew of any granola with low sugar. I listed them. Sugar is un avoidable to almost everyone. The amount you eat is what matters. Again, I never said Thailand pizza was good, although some are. I said pizza can be healthy. I spent 62 years in supermarkets in the US. All sell crap and all sell good food. It's up to you what you buy. The same as here and Thailand is getting worse with their eating habits. -

Is Thailand Value for money
Seems to me that the biggest problem with food in the US is that too much artificial flavors and colors plus too much spraying of veggies and fruits and costs. A Thai meal in the US at a "Thai" restaurant is usally several times more than the original here. But I do agree, I have had numerous Thai dishes in the US. Many times If the waiter/waitress is Thai not from PI, I ask to chat with the cook who usually is a Thai and they make whatever I want and it is exactly the same as here except for the cost of course. -
