PHUKET: -- Police yesterday (Jan 4) arrested a Latvian man who was found to be in possession of stolen items said to be worth B2.4 million.

The arrest of 29-year-old Kristaps Kosogova came after a shop owner reported that a foreigner had stolen items from his store at around 4:37pm yesterday. Police were told that the items, two Piaget watches and an Aigner handbag were worth a total of B2,496,980.
