30-Day Extension to SE TR Visa (60 day entry) - TM7?

Featured Replies

I want to extend my 60-day Single Entry by 30 days as it runs out soon, and have no plans right now to go anywhere else or do a border run.

I have no printer handy, so TV versions of TM7 are no good to me right now.

1/ Does Immigration have copies available to fill out?

2/ Apart from a foto do I need anything besides my passport and TM7 when I apply?

It's been a couple of years since I last did this and I simply can't remember.

Thanks for any help.

They will have the TM7 forms for you to complete. You will need a 4 X 6 cm photo to attach to it.

You will need a copy of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permit to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

Just for info:

Prachuap Kiri Khan Immigration efficient, quick, and let‘s say the demeanour of people who are under pressure. It was non-stop in there that‘s for sure. I was in and out done and dusted inside 40 minutes. And not a particularly nice office to have to work in I must say. However ...

I applied early today on 13th Jan although my entry is valid till the 19th. However the officer gave me 30 days till 13th of Feb, not 18th.

I noticed it at her desk, but thanked her with a smile and said that the 13th is fine as I‘ll be leaving before then anyway. I think that caught her unawares.

It always pays to check what they give you while you‘re still there!

The vast majority of Immigration Officers work hard and do appreciate a smile and a thank you.
