Any advice/information/sarcastics cracks or ideas?

Please let me know. they have been separated for six months now, doing runs once a month or so (as cash and carry allows), and they just want to be together.

I'm way out of my knowledge base on this one, and found next to nothing on the web.

She cannot get a non-o visa unless he is on an extension of stay that would allow her to get an extension of stay as his dependent if the are legally married.

She could of gotten a tourist visa instead of doing border runs.

Yep. She can stay as his dependant if they are married.

The easy answer is that he should go and live in Laos. A much more enjoyable country than Thailand and generally speaking the people are nicer to.

I have been going to Laos for 41 years. Many times just to get out of Thailand for a few days......
