New passport - no transfer of the entry stamp

I am here on a Non-Immigrant, multiple entry, visa, not an extension of stay. After my last entry I will get a new passport from the German embassy. Later I will go to Savannakhet for a new Visa. The German embassy charges (now) 25 Euro for a letter to the Immigration to transfer the entry stamp. I don’t want to get the letter and go to the immigration before leaving the country. Will I have any problems when leaving the country at the friendship bridge in Mugdahan with only the old and new passport?

Just take both passports and you will have no problem.
