2nd NON B Visa without holding a work permit yet?

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,

I have a few questions regarding my visa.

A school wants to hire me, and I got already a 90 days NON B (Teaching) Visa. Currently my school is gathering the required paperwork for the work permit application, but most likely they can't make it on time (cause my visa will expire in 2 weeks).

So, my question is: Could I apply for a second NON B Visa in Vientiane? (Or will there be any problem, since I still don't have my work permit yet?)

If so, can I use the same documents, that I already used for my first visa? Or does my school need to change the documents (date, etc.)?

Furthermore, I have only a copy of some documents (for example the approval letter of the ministry of education) , because I used the original one already for my first application.

Thank you.

You can get another visa but you will need new documents. It would help if the school could get the work permit application done and obtain an approval letter for the application..

Do you mean, that the school should draw up a letter, in which they (the school) approve the new application?
