Under consideration Stamp & Re-entry Permit

Hi Guys,

is it possible leaving the country on a re-entry permit during my under consideration period (year extension based on marriage).

yes

If you have a current re-entry permit, that is still good until the permitted to stay until date.

If you will be out past that date, then you need to get another re-entry permit, which will be good until your "report back to immigration" date

You can get a re-entry permit that will be valid until the report back date on the the under consideration stamp.
