My non o imm has expired and I have my extension and re entry permit. Do I continue to use the non o imm visa number on my arrival card or should I use the number on the extension?

Use the number of your re-entry permit (I usually write 're-entry' as well).

    Yes. Put the Re Entry Permit number and remember to check the stamp in your passport.
