Farmland dispute

My wife owns 8 rai of farmland in Korat province. She allowed her brother to work the land and he registered it with the SPK. Now she wants the land back to sell and he is refusing to hand it back. My wife still has the original papers that her mother gave her from the PBT.

Has she got any chance of getting her land back?

Get the village header on her side... He is smart because he knows she cannot legally sell the land as it is PBT or SPK but I believe the village header has a final say in this.
