Has there been a procedure change for obtaining and / or renewing a Non Imigrant B visa. From What I have been told is that it is now possible for Foreigners working in thailand to Apply and Renew at The Ministary of Foreign Affairs in Laski.

Can any one confirm this or please update me on what the new regulation is.
