UV / sun umbrella? Please help

I'm living in Chiang Mai, and next week my cousin is coming here for a visit.

Problem is that she is very sensitive to sunlight, and too much of it will cause sun rash on her skin.

Where in Chiang Mai can I find a proper UV umbrella? I mean a real one with UPF 50+ fabric? Not just a regular rain umbrella (they don't give full protection).

If this was a thing then Thai people would be all over it, hyper conscious as they are to getting dark skin.

Suggest to get an umbrella with the silvery/reflective top.

Airport Plaza, Tesco, etc.
