why are these topics in Phuket forum?

Lately there have been quite a few news items in the Phuket Forum which are not Phuket related. Even after reporting the post they still stay in the Phuket forum.

Example are

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/894139-speedboat-hits-floating-timber-at-sea-with-63-tourists-on-board/, Phang Nga related so should be in Krabi forum

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/894884-two-more-thai-tuna-vessels-apprehended-for-iuu-fishing-violations-off-phuket/, outside of territorial waters (but returned to Phuket, so at least some, albeit a weak, link

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/884254-handle-with-care-hospital-care-for-foreigners-without-travel-insurance/, general Thailand related with Phuket input

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/893690-six-passengers-hospitalised-after-driver-loses-control-of-phuket-bound-bus/, happened in Phang Nga so should be in Krabi forum. But Phuket bound, so also a weak link with Phuket

http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/892662-diving-restricted-in-phi-phi-following-speedboat-accident/, Phi Phi related so should be in Krabi forum.

And these are just a few recent examples.

Can somebody please explain why these threads are in the Phuket forum?
