Specifically, I am looking for a place to but a decent torque wrench. As I need it asap, is there anywhere in the Bangkok area that sells them. Went to a new store in Min Buri, big place it was and even after I showing them a photo they were confused.

Not interested in Ebay if I can find sooner than the delivery time.

there is a shop very close to the Worachak intersection on the outskirts of Yaowarat

coming down Thanon Luang (no, not Lan Luang, but Luang) towards the Worachak intersection;

cross Thanon Worachak continue on Thanon Luang, right hand side,

about 50 meters or so, on the right hand side, after the intersection you'll find a rather large tool store

have seen such wrenches there

there is also a fairly well stocked tool store just across the street from the shop referred to above,

dunno if they have such wrenches though
