Hello friends

I am applying for 1 year extension for my non b visa, now immigration asking for tax statement from ex employer, but i dont have one.

How to make Tax statement ? can i make from tax department? i don't have old original WP , i have only copy of old work permit.(now i have new work permit already)

yes i do have tax card, and i am sure my ex employer paid tax every month

Your passport and tax ID card should be all that is needed. Having a copy of your old work permit with your would be a good to have with you.

Can i apply in any Revenue office for certificate?

as i worked before in Bangkok

but now i am in ayutthaya
