Telephoto Lens For Eos 300d

Hi all new on here and probably asking a bit much am going to phuket tomorrow for a week and would like to get a telephoto lens for my canon eos 300d is there anywhere on phuket that sells them and if so what sort of price would i be looking at ?

have no idea on pricing ..... If I get into town and see a good camera store today I will look .... but my big plans are for the vegetarian festival and parade today, so that'll be a bit low on the list

Please define what you consider as telephoto.

Given the 1.6x factor of the 300D anything from 80mm up to 1000mm qualifies.

It depends on what you want to photograph.

Remember the longer the focal length the more likely you are to need a tripod,

or a faster shutter speed.
