Farangs can you read English?

She just said they discussed to promote to Thais and Asean nationals to use the worn and littered facilities that are sustainable, by recycling for use by Asians, I assume are like the one that even the Turkish ambassador has to try to explain to community leader needs upgrade in service and accessibility to make acceptable to even his nations tourists. .

So where does that mean or stated, there is any truth to the rumour that the TAT are going to set up Bridge tournaments across Thailand in specially created tourist developments sites, in order to encourage those wealth bridge playing european seniors to stay longer and contribute to the Thai economy?.wai2.gif

she is not a happy camper. I thought the numbers were going up all the tome, what's the problem,TAT hasn't been lying again have they. If you want tourists to stay longer speak to the immigration

They did talk with immigration, but about methods of increasing spending of tourists and expats alike. It was decided to do so by raising fees and fines income, as well as establishing more regulations and new requirements that will encourage more income. While engaging less staff to handle the expected increase in visitors requirements at the newly re-developed immigration attractions for tourist to visit and all expats upon re-entry to Thailand

They should go after "more wealthy" Tourists and not after more Tourists.

Less Numbers and more spending per person is much better sustainable than more and less spending per person !

Tourist comes to Thailand for 1 month, and spends 3000 baht per day and returns once a year = 90000 baht per year

Retiree comes to Thailand (still considered a tourist) spends 1000+ baht per day on entertainment, supports wife / girlfriend, and in many cases a full family, buys cars, pays taxes on goods and services, contributes to general economy = 365000+++ baht per year

"more spending per person is much better sustainable"
