Hello, I'm not married and I wanted to make a single entry visa O in Laos, in order to make a visa 0A later in Thailand

What are the required documents to the Consulate of Thailand from Laos, knowing that I did my certificate authenticated by the consulate income of Pattaya, is it valid?

I am sorry for my broken English.

You will need your passport as evidence of being 50 or over and an updated Thai bankbook with 800,000Bht or a certified monthly income of 65,000 Bht

O/A visas are not available in Thailand but can be obtained from the Thai embassy in your own country.

Are you wanting to apply for an "extension of stay based on retirement " ?

I always did my OA in Thailand, but this year I could not do it again, because I was absent, and a remake OA Thailand requires either an O or tourist visa

Sorry to disagree but you never "did" or got an O/A visa in Thailand.

You may have had an extension of stay (which is not a "visa") which you obtained from an immigration office.

If I am mistaken(wrong) please post a scan of the O/A visa you received in Thailand.

You can apply for the non-o visa in Vientiane if you have a recently issued proof of income letter from your home countries embassy or consulate

You could then apply for a extension of stay based upon retirement at your local immigration office during the last 30 days of the 90 day entry the visa will allow.
