My boyfriend and I are looking for a cheap room/bedsit with a swimming pool east of the moat, near Warotot Market. We're ready to pay up to 12,000 B a month, all bills and wifi included.

He likes cooking so a sink would be useful as bathroom basins are too small for washing up saucepans plus workspace to put a small electric cooking pot.

We're currently staying at Veerachai Court which is great but I have to pay 90 B a day to swim at Prince Hotel so it would be great to stay at a place with its own pool.

Any advice appreciated.
