Non-Immigrant O-Visa

Hi

Was wondering if someone could help me please.

I'm in the process of applying for a non-o visa in London via post - Married to Thai national.

I've tried calling and emailing but with no luck.

Do I have to show that I have 800,000 Baht in my bank (I don't) or is it ok just to show I have a salary of over GBP 14,000.00/annum along with pay slips and some savings, around 5,000 - 6,000?

The information on the web site is in error no evidence of having financial resource is required.

You might do better by applying through one of the consulates.

Yes their site is pretty poor to be honest.

Just searched Thai consulate UK and found some better info

The embassy will do a multiple entry non-o based upon marriage with no financial proof. What is on the website is an error.
