leeneeds
Been left unclear for several years, I do not know if a statue of limitations exist on contracts given out in this area of governments prior issuing of well drilling licences, But what this statement will do is put the current drillers on notice that Checks and Balances will be happening. So good on you Mr Prayut,
bangkokfrog
"investigations are now being carried out to find if there are any truths." Good luck with that. We all know that there are truths. The only question is whether those they can pin it on are unimportant / not connected enough for them to be able to take action.

So good on you Mr Prayut, Are you referring ot the current drillers funded by the Prayut regime? I must admit, Prayut is very good on checks and balances on his own government - nary any fault. Ulic
There should be investigations on all government contracts going back to Suvarnabhumi airport. Make forensic accountants a top priority for government hires.
