If his name appears on the children's birth certificates he might still be allowed a 60 day extension if the children's birth certs, and tabian bann are presented.

The children must be present when the application is made.

The extension (if given) is issued on the day of application --------------how long ???

He can apply anytime now ...............

Yes, his name is recorded on his children birth certs since they born in the hospital,

taben ban is house registry book as I understood? he is living in rented condo with his wife and kids,

should use the lease contract instead of this home registry? or something else?

The rental agreement will be needed. Immigration will more than likely will want a copy of the owners house book and ID card attached to it.

The children's or their mother house book could only be used if it was for where they are living to prove residence.
