Stupidity and Heat? Could we have the link?

I watched a documentary today that covered a study by NASA back in the 1960's.

It found that a human that had to operate in an environment where the body heat was at 95F made something like 60 complete mistakes per hour ( This is their research for the space projects)

However, when body temperature was reduced by 5F, to 90F, the complete mess ups were reduced to 9 mistakes per hour.....imagine if Thailand has snow in parliament?

Ice in bars, taxis and immigration.....what a wonderful world.

Imagine why we see so many major complete <deleted> UPS here when the population is operating in excess of 110F for a lot of their lives, they must be brain fried.

But for anyone interested, check out a Google search on "Nasa body temperature to mistakes" it is quite interesting and may explain why so many people that live in really hot climates are just plain idiots.

Have you ever really had someone here repair something first time? I doubt it, you normally need to take it back again....well it is due to the heat not stupidity!
