Quote Function.

I have lost the ability to use the quote function and to copy and paste.

Is it a forum issue or is the issue with my laptop ?

Using Win 10 if that helps.

Not a forum problem. Done several today already.

Pasting in certain images is restricted but text should never be a problem.

The problem must be at my end. Text is the problem, will not C & P whether using the quote function or without using it.
