My American friend is looking into the treatment of his cancer possibly using canabis oil.

He lives in the USA now and I am trying to see if anyone knows of anyone here in Chiang Mai

that is working with the oil for patients.

He is looking for alternative solutions as he does not want to take chemo treatments.

If he's in America, wouldn't he have access to Rick Simpson oil (Run From the Cure documentary) in California, Colorado, or any of the states where it's now legal? He may have to travel to one of the legal states if not living in one to get it, but I would trust those US sources over Thai ones anyway -- sorry Thailand. I'm not trying to offend the Thais, but that's the truth. Maybe some day, big pharma and their powerful lobbyists will lose the war and medical cannabis products will be cheap and plentiful.

Marijuana in any forum is illegal in Thailand and penalties are harsh.
