Thai Geotechnical Engineer Required

I will be setting up a geotechnical engineering consultancy in Pattaya in June 2007. I am looking for an experienced geotechncial engineer who will be expected to do the following:

Desk studies,

Interpretative report writing,

Slope stability analysis,

Retaining wall design,

Deep and shallow foundation design.

Experience with the following software packages would be advantageous but training can be given:

SlopeW

Wallap

Plaxis V8

My clients are UK based so an understanding of UK geology would be advantageous.
