SpokaneAl Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 You can get one from your state where you live, I got mine from CA it stated this was not a nation wide check But immigration did not care , you do not need FBI clearance. The subject is getting confusing once again. If one is applying for a non imm o-a multi entry visa via a Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate in one's home country, then a police report is necessary. If one is applying for an extension of stay or a non-imm o within Thailand then a police report is not necessary nor required by your local immigration office. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
