White House Defends Abrego Garcia Deportation, Calling Return "Out of the Question"
I think we're all in agreement here - that one that was posted with text stamps was indeed digitally altered, with the charitable explanation being that the alterations are just "help text" for the uninitiated, and the rest that was shared on this thread were unaltered (aside from minor things like cropping or zooming/resizing or having red circles that were obviously added for emphasis). This just goes to my earlier point. If the text was meant to be "help text" then it was announced in a very confusing way, especially if even news agencies are confused over this. Agreed. I can understand it perhaps not being brought up in the original 2019 hearing before the first immigration judge - that was almost six years ago and perhaps the government didn't know about this back then and discovered it later. But it doesn't make sense that this was never presented to the Honorable Judge Paula Xinis last month when she asked for evidence, as she pointed out in her original order: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.mdd.578815/gov.uscourts.mdd.578815.31.0.pdf Wouldn't this have been the perfect time to introduce written testimony from someone with knowledge at CBP or DHS stating something along the lines of "I have concluded that Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13 because of the tattoos on his finger, which represent a code or coverup of the literal text MS-13" ??? I'd argue that the tattoos are not really crystal clear if someone had to write or type in the gang name above. I mean, if they were super clear then why is there no mention of them in the original hearing back in 2019? (I wrote above that the government's failure to introduce them as evidence back in 2019 is understandable if they didn't know about that particular variant six years ago - but if it is crystal clear then that wouldn't apply because the government should have known as soon as they said it, not six years after the first hearing and not a month after the first trial in front of Xinis.) This rather, is an example of a crystal clear gang tattoo - no codes or anything, just in plain sight: Also, Wikipedia states that the gang is still around and active, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/18th_Street_gang - though perhaps El Salvador actually is safe and Barrios 18 is just active in other countries. With the right due process, an immigration judge will figure it out and act accordingly. But the point is that Garcia should not have been sent to El Salvador without going through that process, even the government admits that this was an error (an "administrative error"). -

What is a digital nomads
It's not ridiculous at all. It's reasonable to assume that someone with so much success would be happy, and then to question why they are not. Even your reply here suggests a fair amount of unhappiness. Are your customers mostly Thais? -

What is a digital nomads
I'm no expert but when I hear "selling backlinks" I'm thinking you're helping spammy websites with garbage content beat the search engines. Fair play, it's money in the bank. -

Did we have the best of it ? Is Britain Lost ?
Thank you for your kind concern. I was going to return to the UK, but my previous local gp has refused even emergency treatment! I actually did book a flight, and 3 weeks hotel, which I have cancelled, because I am unable to fly! I have bipolar, and only just found out that it is extremely dangerous to fly with bipolar. Living rough in the streets of Blackpool doesn't appeal to me! Yes I know that I could get emergency shelter, but with the constant diarrhea from the cancer, how would I manage? Yeah, wear nappies is an option! Anyway, I will go to a Thai government hospital, if I can afford all the tests involved for a prognosis. 1st thing would be a colonoscopy, which will have to be done under a general anaesthetic, due to scar tissue from a previous operation. I had a colonoscopy done 2 years ago, following a heart stent operation, and the pain was excruciating! The oncologist advised me that any future colonoscopy should be done under general anaesthetic, which will be expensive. I have very limited savings, so I don't know if I will be able to afford even the tests to find out how bad my cancer is! Life has been cruel to me. I have a very good heart, and I will take that thought with me to my grave. Thank you again for replying, with sympathy. Regards. Terry -

Why so many conspiracy theorists and what to do about them
A politician's profession is to weave conspiracies. Therefore, it is impossible to discuss politics without conspiracy theories.
