Getting this error all the time when trying to PM or or read old PM's

Seems to have been a temporary break. Working fine now

Today for the second time in a week (?) I saw TV effectively down ("no connection to database", "some error in the database" or the like).

After a short break it was back.

Maybe related?

Seems that both the server and the DB are flaky !
