Does anyone know what dates is the post office shut?

I need an important document sent from Samui to Nakhon Ratchasima tomorrow.

Any other ideas on how to have it sent?

Thai Post Offices, for the most part, will be shut down 13-17 April. So, you might be OK tomorrow, Tuesday, the 12th. But, Thai Post EMS service may also be shut down, don't know, best to ask before sending.

How about the couriers? DHL, Kerry Express, etc, do a Google for local offices and ask if they're working through the holidays.

Also worth noting that on the last day of working it is unlikely that anything posted will get beyond the central distribution point until the resume.

You were all right. Post office closed open Monday nationwide. Dhl Samui shutdown.
